Abstract

There are many issues in the Islamic way of life. At the external level, we will take those that are above the level of the home. Most of these issues include all the work that is at the level of society and the country. These works are directly related to society, for example, the mixing of male and female weight in society, which is increasing day by day in our society at the behest of the supporters of women's rights, and the system is also developing in such a way that it is generally clear that this has become a domestic and national compulsion. However, in addition to this, the head of the state, since there is no doubt that Allah Almighty created humans in abundance for His service, but it is also important that He created women and men in equality, however, in this, He gave men the support of the bosom of women, which reflects a beautiful life of rights and obligations. However, since men are also free human beings and women are also free, but in this combination of rights and obligations, He made men the ruler:

﴿الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ﴾

Based on this text, the power of governance was given to men at the level of the home and the state, this principle is also a natural one, however, in this chapter, homosexuality, which is the modern voice of women's rights, will be discussed in the spirit of Islam. The status of women's runaway marriages in society, the marriages of women who run away from their homes with their acquaintances, will be discussed from a Sharia and Islamic perspective, however, in this chapter, the direct discussion of women's employment in a professional manner will be discussed from the Islamic perspective and the point of view of modern feminist movements.

The Islamic perspective on women's involvement and participation in state affairs will be discussed, the need for education or Islamic perspective on women's rights legislation, permissible professions for women, the use of the internet and social media as a cause of family destruction, women's clothing and the Sharia perspective and the mission of NGOs, caution and permission for women in worship in Islam, women's travel permits and modern feminist movements. However, at the end of this chapter, the views of Israa Nomani, who misrepresents Islam in the guise of Islam, will be discussed.
