Naseem Hijazi’s novel ''خاک اور خون'' narrates a powerful story set in a time when humanity had seemingly abandoned all virtues. The riots during the Partition of India turned millions into Psychological victims. The lack of education, deeply humiliated the Muslim community and they struggled to adapt to a rapidly changing society emotions and sentiments being natural human responses are central to this narrative. The novel heavtifully portrays the transformation of human behavior .
