Traditional Islamic texts, particularly the Prophetic Hadith, are not merely sources of religious and moral guidance but also contain intellectual and observational references that resonate meaningfully with modern scientific theories and discoveries. This research explores such correlations through an interdisciplinary lens, aiming to uncover the potential harmony between the Islamic scholarly tradition and contemporary scientific thought. The study focuses on selected Hadiths that touch upon themes related to astronomy, medicine, environmental studies, psychology, biology, and the interrelation between body and soul. These narrations are analyzed within their historical, linguistic, and contextual frameworks, while also being interpreted in light of established scientific observations and principles.By integrating inductive and analytical methodologies, the research ensures that scientific interpretations remain in alignment with the foundational principles of Hadith studies. This includes a critical engagement with the criteria of transmission (riwayah), textual analysis (dirayah), semantic inferences, and authenticity of the narrations. Moreover, the research critically evaluates various orientalist critiques that dismiss Hadith literature as merely metaphysical or cultural expressions, contrasting them with Islamic scholarly responses grounded in concepts such as scientific inimitability (I‘jaz ‘Ilmi), natural congruity, and intertextual correlation. The findings indicate that certain Prophetic statements do more than reflect scientific harmony; they often demonstrate a form of premonitory insight, predating scientific discoveries by centuries. This suggests that the source of Prophetic knowledge transcends the limited scope of human intellect. Overall, this study contributes to the development of a new scholarly discourse that bridges science and revelation, opening avenues for contemporary interpretations of Islamic tradition in light of modern scientific understanding.
