BRIEF REVIEW OF PRAVEEN SHAKER’S POETRY
Abstract
Praveen Shaker is a notable personality of Urdu literature who belonged to the Sadat family. She was born on 24 November 1952 in Karachi. His father's name was Syed Shaker Husain. He was a resident of Sheikhupura village in Bihar province. Praveen Shaker tried his hand in both prose and poetry and earned his name. The poetry part of women's literature seems incomplete without Praveen Shaker's poetry. The truth is that Praveen Shaker's voice is the most unique among Urdu poets. Praveen’s poetry is the poetry of our era. Their experiences of different types can be seen here. In the field of poetry, he especially paid more attention to ghazals and poems. His five poetry collections, Khushbo, Sadbarg, khud kalami , Inkar, and Kaf-e-Aina, are well-known and popular collections. And then, in the name of Mahe Tama, your collections of poetry were also published. You also experimented with bound verse, free verse, and prose poems. Praveen widened the scope of Urdu poetry by bringing new similes and metaphors of his creation. Her poetry is basically the poetry of feelings and experiences of love, and the other quality is her individuality. Praveen is the name of a cluster of stars in Persian۔ Praveen was called Para or Paro at home; as compared to her name, she was the owner of a very playful and mischievous nature.
