Colonialism is a system in which a powerful country directly establishes military dominance over a weaker state and then molds the local society into a new political, economic, and cultural framework. Post colonialism is a sub-theory of postmodernism. Post colonialism exposes the colonialist's tactics of oppression, monopoly, coercion and the consequences they have produced. The Siraiki region has been under the colonialist’s control since its inception. Wherever the talk of prosperity of this land spread, invaders tried to take it over. The Siraiki land has always been under control of the colonizers. After the arrival of Muhammad bin Qasim, the foundation of a strong Islamic culture was laid, whose literary and cultural impacts proved to be very profound. After the arrival of the British, the civilization and culture of the Siraiki region could not be directly affected, but after their departure, the political, social and cultural changes in the Siraiki region definitely affected this land. The changes that took place at the global level in the 21st century are also clearly visible on Siraiki literature.
