Village culture is based on collective living, mutual cooperation, and strong social relationships. Rural communities maintain harmony through shared responsibilities, traditions, and active participation of both men and women in agricultural, domestic, and social activities. Mutual support during farming, construction, marriages, and other communal events strengthens unity, trust, and brotherhood among villagers. This cooperative system not only reduces individual burdens but also preserves traditional values, folk customs, and the collective identity of rural society.
