BUILDING EFFECTIVE SCHOOLS THROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING CULTURE AT SECONDARY LEVEL

Behind every success of educational institution there are various factors. Learning culture is one the important factors for the school effectiveness. The major objective of this research was to identify the relationship between organizational learning culture on school effectiveness. The study was quantitative based on correlational research design. The population of this research was public secondary school teachers from Punjab, Pakistan while 487 respondents were selected as sample through simple random sampling technique. A questionnaire was adopted for data collection through survey method according to variables of the study. The findings revealed that there was a moderate correlation between organizational learning culture and school effectiveness. Moreover, there was also moderate and significant effect of organizational learning culture and school effectiveness. The study is beneficial to adopt the innovative technique for the development of teaching learning process.
