Abstract

Pakistan is an agricultural country. A large part of the country's economy is met through agricultural products. It should also be kept in mind that it is also an ideological Islamic state, which is also called the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the Quran, Hadith, and the biography of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as a system. Therefore, the Quran, Hadith, and books of jurisprudence are essential. Great jurists have given explanations on it and have written regular books such as Imam Abu Yusuf's Kitab al-Kharaj, Mufti Muhammad Shafi's Islam ka Nizam arazi, Allama Balazari's Futuh al-Buldan, etc. For the construction and development of the Islamic state and the strengthening of the economic system, for the better care of the subjects and for the provision of facilities, as a source of income for the Bait al-Mal, various revenues were collected from the production of lands such as Kharaj, Ushr, Mal Fayyah, Lagan Ijarah, and income from forests. There is guidance on this in Surah Al-Hashr and Surah Al-Anfal. The scholars of Hadith have explained the details in the Kitab al-Mazarah, al-Musaqat, Kitab al-Kharaj wa al-Jiziyah. If this system is implemented effectively in Pakistan too, the country's economy can improve.
